II. General Description

SST300 RS tilt sensor is based on the patented angle measurement technology of Vigor Technology, and draws the high reliability and high stability evaluation method in the military and aerospace fields. It is specially developed to meet PLC/DAQ-based measurement and control systems for a variety of industrial requirements. It can meet the special requirements of the zero point index in the platform leveling application, and can also meet the static and dynamic measurement requirements. It can also be applied to the high-precision measurement requirements of various angle points in the experimental research process. The RS tilt sensor has a powerful tilt measurement capability:
1. ±0.02%FS linearity
2. ±0.005°Offset
3. Combine with gyro module, realize static/dynamic angle measuring for low/rapid platform leveling.
4. Combine with vibration module, realize FFT computations in-time, output vibration frequency and amplitude data directly, and eliminate the influence of vibration
5. Combine with GPS module, realize data synchronization data acquisition and local position data in different installation places
6. Further confirmed that offset, repeatability, hysteresis, turn on repeatability etc. parameters which are important influence factors to total performance evaluation
7. Internal enhanced advanced intelligent algorithms drastically reduce cross-axis sensitivity, upgrades real tilt angle measuring accuracy, abandoned the traditional incomplete understanding for tilt angle measurement precision concept
8. Greatly reduce measuring errors when the real tilt directions not consistent to unit's sensitive axis
9. Additional short-circuit, transient voltage, overheat protection and transposition protection to adapt to industry environment
10. User can set unit's all kinds of parameters via interface, and query factory data
